Welcome to Paolo Cellini. By accessing our website, booking a consultation, or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

General Overview

This website is operated by Paolo Cellini. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Paolo Cellini. We offer this website, including all information and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms stated here.

Custom Orders & Tailoring

  • Measurements: For custom-tailored suits, accuracy is vital. If measurements are provided by the client (rather than taken in-person by our stylists), Paolo Cellini is not responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect data.
  • Alterations: Initial alterations included in a custom suit package must be claimed within 30 days of the final fitting.
  • Fabric Availability: All Italian fabrics are subject to seasonal availability. If a chosen fabric becomes unavailable, we will notify you to select a comparable alternative.

Online Purchases & Payments

  • Pricing: All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
  • Payment: We accept major credit cards and secure online payment gateways. Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.
  • Inventory: Items are subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock after an order is placed, a full refund or exchange will be offered.

Appointments & Consultations

Consultations can be booked online or via phone. We value your time and ours; therefore, we request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of in-person fittings at our DTLA showroom.

Shipping & Delivery

Custom suits require a lead time for production and shipping. Estimated delivery dates are projections and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

Returns & Exchanges

Custom Items: Due to the personalized nature of custom-tailored garments, all custom sales are final. Returns are not accepted unless there is a verifiable manufacturing defect.

Ready-to-Wear: Off-the-rack items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including imagery, logos, and suit designs, is the property of Paolo Cellini. You may not reproduce or use our brand assets without express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Paolo Cellini shall not be liable for any lost profits or any indirect or consequential damages arising out of the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product purchased.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, and the jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles, CA.
