Due to the nature of our products—especially custom-tailored and altered garments—all sales are final.

We encourage customers to carefully review sizing, style, and fabric selections before confirming their order. Our team is always happy to assist you in-store or during your consultation.

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of purchase

  • Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition

  • Original receipt required

  • Eligible for exchange or store credit only

  • Custom or tailored suits

  • Altered items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Accessories (ties, belts, shirts, etc.)

  • Items showing signs of wear

Once tailoring or alterations begin, the order is final sale.

All custom-made garments are non-refundable. Minor fit adjustments may be offered in-store when applicable.
